Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) is part of, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses any Caelxo Cloud server or service. Caelxo Cloud is operated by Caelxo LLC, a Washington State limited liability company; the Service is provided from the State of California on U.S. telecommunications and satellite networks. The purpose of this AUP is simple: keep the residential IP pool clean, lawful under United States law, and trusted — so it stays usable for legitimate businesses over the long term.

🚨
Everything is audited. The network runs full Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and real-time traffic auditing. Activity on the prohibited / high-risk list below is hard-blocked and, when detected, results in immediate termination, deletion of the server, and no refund. We do not accept explanations or appeals for high-risk violations.

1. The golden rule: obey U.S. law

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose that complies with the laws and regulations of the United States — including federal law and the laws of the States of Washington and California — and with the terms of service of the platforms you access. Anything that violates these laws, or is intended to facilitate such a violation, is prohibited. This is an American company operating on American networks under American law.

2. How routing works

  • Native residential egress is reserved for destinations on the default whitelist (Section 3) and for destinations you have had explicitly approved.
  • All other traffic — any site or service not on the whitelist — is automatically routed out through a Cloudflare WARP tunnel. Your server still browses normally; your residential IP is simply not spent on that traffic. Off-whitelist traffic is metered, at your choice, via Cloudflare WARP at 0.2× (≈ 5× further) or a pure datacenter IP (IDC) at 0.1× (≈ 10× further), drawing from the same plan allowance; the residential line is metered at full rate.
  • Prohibited destinations and activity (Section 4) are blocked outright — they are never routed through the residential IP or through WARP.

3. Default whitelist — allowed by default (no KYC)

If you are running a legitimate business, the following are allowed by default and go straight out through the genuine U.S. residential egress. You must supply and pay for your own accounts and subscriptions.

  • AI platforms. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and other mainstream AI services (you provide and pay for your own official subscriptions).
  • Mainstream streaming. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube, and similar services for normal viewing (you provide your own accounts).
  • Other reviewed, compliant business. Additional low-risk, lawful, compliant use cases that have passed our review.

4. Prohibited and high-risk — hard-blocked

The following are 100% blocked, with no WARP fallback. If DPI auditing detects any of the following, we will delete the server, clear the account, and issue no refund, without prior notice.

🚫
The categories below are blocked because they are associated with fraud, abuse, and activity that is unlawful under United States law. This list is not exhaustive; we may block any activity that threatens the network or violates U.S. law.

Government and identity systems

All U.S. government and public-sector websites and portals are 100% blocked — including, for example, irs.gov and login.gov. No exceptions.

Financial and payment gateways

Banking (for example, Bank of America, Mercury), payment and acquiring gateways (for example, Stripe), and cryptocurrency exchanges are blocked.

Logistics and e-commerce / marketplace fraud

Shipping and logistics platforms — including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Pirate Ship — are blocked to prevent shipping-label and postage fraud. Fraud-sensitive endpoints on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, OfferUp, and Facebook Marketplace are also blocked.

Social, dating, and romance scams

Dating and social-introduction platforms — including Tinder, Grindr, and Bumble — are permanently blocked to prevent romance and confidence scams.

Network abuse, cybercrime, and piracy

  • Outbound mail port 25 is permanently closed.
  • No DDoS traffic, packet flooding, or denial-of-service activity of any kind.
  • No port scanning or network reconnaissance.
  • No pirated downloads, including illegal PT/BT (torrent) activity or other copyright infringement.
  • No malware, intrusion, credential theft, or other hacking or cybercrime.

5. Requesting an unblock (support ticket + third-party KYC)

If you have a genuine, lawful business reason to reach a destination that is not on the default whitelist using the native residential IP, open a support ticket through the Dashboard explaining the legitimate reason and complete KYC verification through our independent third-party provider. We do not want to hold your identity documents and do not retain that data ourselves. Approved destinations are added to the whitelist at our sole discretion. Requests that relate to any prohibited or high-risk category, or to any activity unlawful under U.S. law, will be denied.

6. Enforcement and law enforcement

We monitor and audit the network continuously. Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination, deletion of your server and data, account closure, and forfeiture of fees. We will preserve and disclose customer and traffic information to law enforcement when required to do so under lawfully served court orders, search warrants, subpoenas, or other valid legal process. For high-risk violations, enforcement is immediate and final.

7. Controlling language

This AUP is written in English, which is the official and controlling version. Any translation is provided for convenience and understanding only; in case of any discrepancy, the English version governs. See the Terms of Service for full details.

These rules and technical safeguards exist for one reason: to keep this clean, U.S.-compliant line working, long-term, for legitimate businesses. Questions? Contact support@clxo.us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
